*These programs are funded through IHBG grants and are provided at no cost to eligible applicants. Funding is limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Programs are administered under the Tribe’s Annual Indian Housing Plan and HUD grant.
The NAHASDA IHBG program provides safe, affordable housing and supportive services for low- and moderate-income Middletown Rancheria members. Programs include housing maintenance, crime prevention, student rental assistance, homeless prevention, and rental deposit support to meet the needs of our community.
Current 2026 IHBG Programs
The Middletown Rancheria Housing Department is committed to supporting Tribal Members who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness. The Tribal Homelessness Housing Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Program provides flexible, culturally responsive assistance to help secure safe, stable housing and access essential supportive services.
Middletown Rancherias Prevention Programs are to keep our tribal members stably housed and prevent homelessness.
Middletown Rancheria Youth Focused programs are targeted to prevent and address homelessness among tribal youth and young adults.
Middletown Rancherias Supportive Services are a wraparound service to help stabilize our tribal members’ housing and improve well-being.

Malia Rose Aldrich is a proud tribal member of Middletown Rancheria and serves as the Tribe’s Housing Director. She is dedicated to providing safe, healthy, and affordable housing for tribal members, both on and off the rancheria. Malia brings a community-centered approach rooted in fairness, transparency, and respect, working closely with the Tribal Council and other departments to strengthen homes, neighborhoods, and the well-being of the tribal community. Dylan Finley, Project Manager, supports both the Housing Director and the Maintenance Department at Middletown Rancheria. He assists with planning, coordinating, and overseeing housing and maintenance projects to ensure timely and effective service to Tribal members. Dylan is an integral part of the growth and well being of the tribal community.

Scott Lindsey has been a dedicated member of the Middletown Rancheria Maintenance Department since 2022, providing reliable and committed support to ensure Tribal members’ homes and community spaces are safe, well-maintained, and functional.
