Maintenance Department

The Tribal Maintenance Department provides essential support services to Middletown Rancheria members to promote safe, healthy, and well-maintained homes and community spaces. Services include waste removal, recycling, and delivery of firewood, as well as general maintenance support as needed. The department is committed to ensuring that Tribal members have access to a clean, safe, and functional living environment, and assists with tasks that help sustain the quality and longevity of homes within the community.

To submit a maintenance request, Tribal members should email

Maint@middletownrancheria.com. Please include the following information:

1.  Your full name
2.  Phone number
3.  Brief description of the work needed
4.  Preferred time for contact

 Once your request is received, a member of the Tribal Maintenance Department will follow up to schedule service or provide additional guidance.
